These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Slimming Centre Betul's services and website. By booking a consultation or treatment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Slimming Centre Betul provides non-invasive body slimming and contouring treatments including CoolSculpting, Ultrasound Lipocavitation, EMS Stimulation, and Deep Heat Therapy. Our services are intended for cosmetic body contouring purposes only and are not a substitute for medical treatment.

2. Eligibility

Our treatments are intended for adults aged 18 and above. Individuals with certain medical conditions may not be eligible for specific treatments. A full health assessment is conducted during the free consultation to ensure treatments are safe and appropriate for each client.

3. Results Disclaimer

Results vary between individuals based on factors including body composition, age, lifestyle, and compliance with post-treatment recommendations. The results achieved by clients shown in our before/after photographs or testimonials are not guaranteed. We provide honest, realistic expectations during your consultation.

4. Medical Contraindications

Certain conditions may contraindicate specific treatments, including but not limited to: pregnancy, breastfeeding, active cancer, severe medical conditions, metal implants in treatment areas, and pacemakers. Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical information prior to treatment.

5. Booking and Cancellation

• Appointments must be booked in advance via phone, WhatsApp, or our website
• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment
• No-shows or late cancellations may result in a forfeiture of the session fee
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances

6. Payments and Packages

• All treatment packages must be paid in full or per the agreed payment schedule before treatment begins
• Package prices are valid at time of purchase and may not be honoured after expiry
• Refund policies are determined at the time of purchase. Partially used packages are generally non-refundable
• Promotional prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete health information
• Follow all pre and post-treatment instructions provided by our team
• Disclose any changes in health status that may affect treatment safety
• Attend all scheduled sessions for best results

8. Limitation of Liability

Slimming Centre Betul will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability to any client is limited to the amount paid for the specific treatment in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including text, images, logos, and before/after photographs is the property of Slimming Centre Betul and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Betul, Madhya Pradesh.
